We are glad to inform you that the website has been updated. Several issues have been corrected, and supported brands list has been extended as well.
Added support for: Venus, Mary Cohr.
Minor updates and corrections were made to the information related to the following brands: Anna Sui, Burberry, Collistar, Elizabeth Arden, Missha, Nars, Shiseido, Revlon, Neutrogena, Mavala.
We’d like to point your attention to a typical problem regarding which we got some complains: perfume produced in 1992 is determined as produced in 2012, or perfume produced in 2001 considered as produced in 2011.
Unfortunately this problem can’t be easily solved, but have quite simple explanation. In some batch codes only one digit is used to indicate the year of production. I.e. digit 2 can mean 2012, or 2002, or even 1992 etc. Such batch codes are reused each ten years.
Finally, thank you all who helped with this update and participated in it directly or indirectly. Many thanks to all who reported problems and shared information.

Added:
Bruno Banani, Jane Iredale, John Masters Organics.
Limited support:
Calvin Klein, Versace, Shiseido.
Corrections:
Cetaphil, Chanel, Herbacin, Kose, L’Oreal, Missha, Neutrogena, Skinfood.
Unfortunately we had to remove several brands support due to Copyright Owner’s requests. Some of them consider batch number information as a completely internal, some mentioned that data is incomplete and must be removed.
Thanks to everybody who helped us in finding and verifying the information.

How do you know if your cosmetics have expired? What is the final date for expired cosmetics? Production date and general shelf life period can be calculated from the batch code (small stamped or printed code on product package), and our aim is helping you to get approximate information until you’ll get an exact answer from customers care.
We are pleased to inform you that we added batch code calculation support for even more brands: Christina Aguilera Perfumes, Davidoff, Dolce & Gabbana, Dr.Jart+, Gucci, Herbacin, Hugo Boss, MAKE UP FOR EVER (MUFE), Naomi Campbell and Yves Rocher.
