This update corrects the issue preventing the website from properly recognizing batch codes for number of products manufactured in 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience the issue may have caused.
Important note
There is no way to determine if the product is genuine or not having only a batch code.
Any website error message never means the product is not authentic; it only indicates that the website is not able to read the particular batch code.
